Role Overview: We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Rubric Expert to work on a contract basis. The role involves developing and refining evaluation frameworks for assessing content quality and performance. Contributions will directly impact the accuracy and fairness of content scoring systems across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, test, and maintain evaluation rubrics for content assessment tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align rubric criteria with platform goals.
• Analyze rubric performance data to identify areas for improvement or bias reduction.
• Document rubric rules and guidelines for evaluators and stakeholders.
• Provide feedback on rubric design to enhance consistency and reliability of assessments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in creating or optimizing evaluation rubrics for content or data tasks.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret performance metrics and feedback.
• Familiarity with content evaluation processes in digital or gig-economy platforms.
• Ability to write clear, structured guidelines for evaluators or automated systems.
• Attention to detail to ensure rubrics remain fair, accurate, and aligned with objectives.
