Join ID Technology Canada as a Maintenance Associate and support production operations through proactive maintenance and facility upkeep. What You‘ll Do Perform routine and preventive maintenance on machines, tools, and equipment Conduct facility inspections and general building maintenance Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues Perform minor electrical repairs Coordinate maintenance scheduling with supervisor Complete other related duties as required What You Bring High school diploma or technical diploma in maintenance, electrical, or related field Proven maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience operating a forklift Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations Strong attention to detail and organization Ability to work independently and in a team Good communication skills Physical Requirements Lift up to 50 lbs regularly and 70+ lbs occasionally Frequent bending, twisting, and standing The regular workweek is forty (40) hours, Monday to Friday; however, hours may vary and include evenings or weekends based on production demands and emergency situations. Federal Mfg creates high-performance level and weight filling systems for free-flowing liquids as one of ProMach's Filling Solutions brands.
Federal's history goes back to 1946 when Mr. David Fee recognized the need for a better machine for smaller, farm dairies to fill and cap glass bottles. Within two years, both 6- and 9-valve level fillers were engineered and introduced at the 1948 Dairy Show in Atlantic City.
Federal's simple, hygienic, dependable filler designs made Mr. Fee’s filling systems a success from the time they were introduced.
