We are currently looking for a goal-oriented and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Inside Sales, reporting to the National Inside Sales Manager. The role of Inside Sales Representative works in tandem with the Outside Sales Representatives nationwide to provide excellent customer service to drive optimal sales results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with product information to assist them in determining appropriate products
  • Recommend additional products to meet customer needs
  • Respond to customer requests and questions regarding technical issues, products and account information; analyzes and rectifies customer concerns using established procedures
  • Track sales activities and maintain customer database using a CRM program
  • Provide quotes, prepare proposals and enter orders in a timely and efficient manner
  • Follow up with customer for quotes, reports, orders, etc.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide superior customer service
  • Achieve an advanced understanding of Rittal products
  • Other duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Manager

Salary Range

  • $58000 - $63000 / year
