Your Day with Equisoft:

• Involved in the preparation and review of the company’s monthly consolidated financial statements (income statement, financial position, cash flow) comprising multiple entities in different countries and currencies

• Prepare and review consolidation journal entries

• Prepare and review complex accounting journal entries

• Analyze and reconcile the financial statement accounts under your responsibility

• Prepare the group consolidated financial statements and other statutory financial statements

• Participate in the close process improvement project and implement the improvement initiatives for the Consolidation group

• Interact with the different business units, corporate departments and external auditors

• Participate in various special projects and prepare ad hoc analyses.

• Involved in the redaction of accounting memo and accounting positions for the Group

Requirements:

Technical

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance , Accounting, or related field with CPA, CFA or MBA

• At least 4-6 years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience

• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of IFRS is required .

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

• Excellent knowledge of English & French (spoken and written)

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with Netsuite

• Experience in IFRS 15 within the professional service industry

• Experience in one of the Big six accounting agencies (Deloitte, EY, KPMG, PwC, RCGT or MNP)

• Experience in multi-site and multi-currency entity
