Your Main Responsibilities
As a Production Supervisor, you will:
Supervise, guide, and motivate a team of approximately 30 employees; Plan, organize, and coordinate production activities to achieve operational objectives; Maintain an active presence on the floor and support employees in their daily tasks; Ensure compliance with quality standards, hygiene, food safety, occupational health and safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); Participate in onboarding, training, and employee development; Plan work schedules and ensure adequate operational coverage; Handle administrative follow-ups related to operations and employee management; Collaborate with various departments to optimize performance and operational efficiency; Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and quality programs; Maintain a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, respect, and performance.
Desired profile
Technical college diploma or other relevant training; Minimum of five (5) years of experience in a similar role; Available Monday to Friday, from 7 AM to 3 PM; Experience in the food industry (an asset); Excellent communication skills in French; functional English (an asset); Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite; knowledge of Paperless (an asset); Ability to make decisions, solve problems, and manage priorities; Versatility, autonomy, and resourcefulness; Motivational leadership and teamwork skills; Continuous improvement mindset and results-oriented approach.
