About the role
Service Administrator
Reporting Relationship: This position reports directly to the Assistant Service Manager.
Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
Job Summary
The Service Administrator plays an integral role in supporting the daily operations of the dealership to improve customer satisfaction and department efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing pre-owned inventory for internal reconditioning, auditing & submitting warranty claims to the manufacturer, and stocking in new arriving inventory. The successful candidate will be energetic, have precise attention to detail and focused on providing a customer-centric experience.
Qualifications
Relationship expert with a demonstrated commitment to customer satisfaction
High attention to detail with proven time management and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment Comfortable utilizing computer software to perform everyday activities Transportation to and from work is required as the location is not on a bus route Previous experience at an automotive dealership an asset Working knowledge of CDK dealer management software an asset Valid Class 5F Driver's License
