JOB SUMMARY We are looking for a creative, hands-on Graphic Designer & Content Creator to own the visual world of the brand across ecommerce, digital, and social. This role is for someone with a refined eye for luxury, strong technical execution across design and content creation, and the ability to translate brand storytelling into elevated creative at every touchpoint.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design, Creative Production & Image Design elevated digital and print assets across social, website, CRM, paid media, lookbooks, invitations, and campaigns Develop banners, layouts, and landing-page creative across digital channels Build presentation decks, internal creative, and seasonal launch assets Incorporate AI-assisted tools to generate supporting visuals where appropriate Retouch ecommerce and marketing imagery in-house — refined, natural, and true to the brand Ensure product colour, texture, and proportion are accurate and consistent across every asset Crop, format, and prepare imagery for product pages Oversee final exports and production-ready file delivery Other duties may apply

Social Media & Content Creation Own the look and content of the feed — concept, create, design Develop original content across formats — static, graphic, and short-form video — suited to each platform Plan and maintain the social content calendar Schedule and publish across all channels at a consistent cadence Collaborate with the Art & Content Director on copy direction and post voice Oversee community engagement — responding to comments and DMs with accuracy and in brand voice Other duties my apply

QUALIFICATIONS 3+ years in graphic design, digital or ecommerce design, or visual content creation within a consumer brand or agency Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Hands-on retouching skills, refining product and ecommerce imagery to a luxury standard Experience running a brand social feed and creating content across platforms A strong sense of layout, typography, composition, colour, and visual storytelling Exceptional attention to detail and visual accuracy Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines without compromising quality Experience with asset management and organized file systems

WHAT SETS YOU APART Experience within an ecommerce or luxury fashion brand A strong feel for fashion and luxury aesthetics and what makes creative feel elevated

ADDITIONAL ASSET — PRODUCT PHOTOGRAPHY A background in product photography is a meaningful asset for this role. Candidates with experience leading shoots who can retouch and deliver finished assets to a professional standard bring a distinct advantage to this position.
