- The incumbent of this role is required to review and process documents in both official languages (French and English) to meet our industry regulatory obligations. It is required that they demonstrate advanced communication skills in both languages.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required for all openings.
- You will be working on a hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
- The internal business titles for these roles are “New Accounts and Account Transfers Administrator” and “Registered Products and Mutual Funds Administrator.”

What You Will Do
The New Accounts and Account Transfers Administrator Bilingual will be a valuable addition to FCC's Operations department. You will begin working in either the New Accounts, or Account Transfers team:

The New Accounts team is responsible for setting up new accounts into FCC's Dataphile environment in a timely manner. In addition, the role requires updates to Investor Maintenance which entails non-financial updates and also performing quality checks on new accounts that have been system generated and manually input. You will ensure documents are in good order, input/update client data and assist clients in the completion of forms, notifying them of any deficiencies. You will be responsible for completion of daily tasks and transactions while ensuring compliance with internal and industry regulatory requirements

The Account Transfers team is responsible for both the Transfer-ins of Assets into FCC but also for Transfer-outs of assets leaving our firm. You would become familiar with our electronic deliveries (ATON) and also our manual way of exchanging documents (non-ATON). As part of transfers, you will review forms, initiate transfers, follow-up with institutions on statuses while keeping our clients up to date
What You Need
- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- You have between 1 - 2 years’ of experience in the financial services industry.
- Bilingual (verbal and written) in French and English
- You are familiar with different account types such as Non-Registered Accounts (Cash, Margin, Joint etc.) as well as Registered Accounts (RRSPs, TFSAs, RESPs etc).
- Excellent MS Excel skills
The following are assets:
- Knowledge of and/or experience in the brokerage industry
- Completion of, or enrolment in, a financial services industry program (e.g. CSC)

- You have an eye for detail and strong time management skills.
