The Service Coordinator is responsible for maintaining accurate and timely invoicing and receipt of payments across all branches of Horizon Testing Inc. The Service Coordinator will also be responsible for sending and receiving POs, entering payroll hours and providing administrative relief to other positions.

Responsabilities

  • Prepare and send customer invoices and monthly statements
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and maintain customer records
  • Process cash receipts, deposits, and payment postings
  • Issue and manage purchase orders and vendor communications
  • Enter payroll hours accurately into UKG and maintain employee leave schedules
  • Track employee hours for reporting and safety statistics
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering phones and coordinating office tasks
  • Manage Odotrack vehicle tracking reports for payroll purposes
  • Deliver professional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute ideas and process improvements to support company growth

 

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary certificate or diploma in Accounting is preferred
  • 2–3 years of Accounts Receivable experience in a medium-to-large or multi-company environment
  • Strong data entry and organizational skills
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
