About the role

We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Inspector to support our commitment to quality and compliance in a GMP-regulated environment. This role plays a key part in ensuring our products meet internal standards and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Permanent Full-Time (40 hours)

Sunday – Thursday, 10.00pm – 6.30am (flexible)

In this role, you will:

  • Perform in-process, finished product, and packaging inspections to ensure compliance with specifications and GMP standards.
  • Enter production data in the ERP system (Syspro) and generate Certificates of Manufacture.
  • Conduct GMP inspections, environmental monitoring, and support corrective actions and complaint follow-ups.
  • Contribute to departmental KPIs by tracking daily outputs and identifying SOP or procedural gaps.
  • Support QA coverage across shifts and multiple locations as needed.

You have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in NHP, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing OR a science-based post-secondary education.
  • Knowledge of GMP standards, particularly those outlined by the NNHPD.
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
  • High attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
  • Physical agility and comfort lifting up to 50 lbs; a valid driver’s license and vehicle are preferred.
