Responsibilities:
- Sorting of mail and courier packages, office supplies, and interoffice mail.
- Distribution of mail, courier packages and printing projects throughout the customer’s site
- Picking up interoffice mail, outgoing mail and courier packages, and shredding bins from various locations on campus.
- Receiving courier packages and large shipments on the receiving dock
- Delivery of large shipments on campus, including moving skids with a flat bed truck.
- Driving company vehicles for pickup and deliveries.
- Scan and record deliveries in a receiving log and on a sign out sheet.
- Interact and co-operate with mailroom staff and the customer staff throughout the day.
Education & Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Skills:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong self-motivation to drive results
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to lift 50+lbs. as necessary
- Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors
