The bigger picture We’re looking for a dynamic team player to join our team as an Associate Business Advisor in Humboldt, Saskatoon or Prince Albert location. You will work closely with our expert team of Business Advisors and provide our members with sound, holistic financial advice in order to improve their financial well-being. In addition to working with our Business Advisors, you will work collaboratively with your peers to build strong and trusted working relationships with our members and partners.
How You’ll Be Spending Your Time
- Support our Agriculture or Commercial Business Advisors in building trusting relationships and meet the needs of our valued business members.
- Complete daily transactions for our members.
- Proactively review member portfolios in order to spot possible opportunities and work as a liaison between our members and a variety of third party service providers.
- Enhance your team’s service delivery by coordinating team workflow and activities, resolving problems, completing business service reviews, and coordinating ongoing contact programs.
- Coordinate the on-boarding or integration of new products and services for existing and new members.

Salary Range $56,210 - $70,260 with 10% Short Term Incentive Target
