The Department of Political Science at the University of Toronto invites applications for a tenure-stream position in Canadian Politics at the rank of Assistant Professor, effective July 1, 2024.
Responsibilities
- Conduct research and publish in leading academic journals.
- Teach undergraduate and graduate courses in Canadian Politics.
- Supervise graduate students.
- Participate in departmental and university service.
Qualifications
Required
- A PhD in Political Science or a related field by the time of appointment.
- A strong record of research and publication in Canadian Politics.
- Evidence of teaching excellence.
Preferred
- Experience in interdisciplinary research.
- Ability to contribute to the department’s commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
