What is the opportunity? Lead financial resource optimization for Capital Markets by combining Balance Sheet, RWA, Leverage, and Capital expertise with advanced data analytics. This role enhances RWA and Leverage reporting processes, drives operational efficiency, and partners with stakeholders to maximize capital utilization and strategic growth. You'll develop center-of-expertise capabilities, support regulatory compliance, and deliver forward-looking analytical insights across wholesale businesses. What will you do? Enhance RWA and Leverage data reporting, implementing improved weekly reporting models and new analytical sources Build Balance Sheet, RWA, Leverage, and Capital center of expertise to advise stakeholders on financial resource optimization Advise business units on capital optimization opportunities and support implementation of strategic initiatives Develop analytical models and dashboards to identify balance sheet growth impacts and exposure sensitivities Lead planning, forecasting, and strategic reviews of Capital Markets balance sheet, RWA, and leverage exposure Collaborate with Corporate Treasury, Finance Control, and Business Unit Advisors on RWA/Leverage analysis and reporting Support Head Office and Investor Relations reporting on consolidated business results and impact analyses What you need to succeed?
Must Have
Accounting/Finance designation (CPA, CFA, or MBA) 3+ years' Performance Management experience in a Financial Institution Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Slicers, VBA debugging) SQL skills intermediate; Python and TM1 proficiency Tableau dashboard development experience Strong communication and organizational skills Capital Markets and RWA/Leverage knowledge What’s in it for you?
