About the role

Bilingual Client Care Supporter

(French & English)

Strongest Families Institute (SFI) is seeking a Bilingual Client Care Supporter to join our team. In this role, you will support families remotely across Canada by assisting with administrative and client care tasks related to SFI’s evidence-based programs.

This position is entry level and could be ideal for someone beginning their career in healthcare, social services, or nonprofit work and who is motivated by making a positive impact from a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

All duties are performed in both French and English.

  • Answer and return client calls in a professional, supportive, and respectful manner.
  • Schedule appointments and follow up with families to ensure continuity of care.
  • Conduct structured interviews and questionnaires with parents/caregivers and youth using SFI’s secure online platform.
  • Complete program consent calls and confirm program eligibility and fit.
  • Accurately document client information and escalate concerns to supervisors when required.
  • Participate in remote training, coaching, and quality assurance activities.
  • Book follow-up appointments and assist with assigning coaches to clients.
  • Work a flexible schedule, including some evenings, to meet client needs.
  • Complete other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfort supporting families and discussing sensitive topics with care.
  • Basic computer skills and reliable internet access.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while staying connected with a team.

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience in customer service, healthcare, education, or social services.
  • Interest in nonprofit, community-based, or family-centered work.
  • Experience working remotely or with virtual service platforms.
