About the team + role Robinhood is seeking a Senior Corporate Applications Specialist to join our Corporate Systems organization, with a focus on the secure assessment and integration of companies & partners into Robinhood’s corporate infrastructure, IAM and SaaS environments.
Corporate Systems ensures the security, availability, and performance of our endpoint fleets, governance over Robinhood's identity ecosystem, and ownership over corporate collaboration and productivity SaaS systems, including Google Workspace, Confluence, and Slack.
The Senior Corporate Applications Specialist role is central to ensuring new organizations acquired by Robinhood—regardless of their starting point—can efficiently & safely transition into our secure, reliable, and high-performing corporate ecosystem. You’ll step into IT environments of vastly different scales and maturities —from early-stage startups to highly regulated, enterprise-grade systems—and drive thoughtful integration strategies that elevate them to Robinhood’s high bar.

- Perform end-to-end technical and security assessments of acquired companies’ IT environments, with a focus on infrastructure, SaaS, identity, and endpoint systems
- Provide detailed analysis and actionable recommendations on integration paths that balance business needs, security posture, and technical feasibility
- Collaborate with Corporate Security, Engineering, IT Operations, Legal, and Compliance to design secure, scalable integration plans pre- and post-close
- Support regulatory and security due diligence in high-compliance domains like finance and fintech
- Lead design and execution of transition and technical migration strategies that align acquired environments with Robinhood’s standards for reliability, productivity, and compliance
- Engage deeply with a wide range of stakeholders—from acquired company IT teams to staff engineers within Robinhood—to align on goals and ensure smooth
What You Bring
- Experience across diverse IT environments, including early-stage tech stacks and regulated enterprise systems
- Strong familiarity with tools and platforms like Google Workspace, Office 365, Okta, JIRA, Azure, AWS, and GCP
- Exceptional analytical and communication skills—you can translate technical complexity into clear guidance for diverse audiences
- Proven track record for working independently in high-ambiguity situations, defining scope where there is none, and building trust across functions
- Deep understanding of IT operations end-to-end, from identity and access to SaaS lifecycle management and endpoint configuration
- Experience in highly regulated industries, particularly finance or fintech, is strongly preferred
