Overview
The Digital Media Assistant supports the digital team in the execution and management of digital media campaigns, ensuring accuracy in billing inputting, data entry, reporting, and vendor coordination. This role is ideal for an analytical, detail-oriented individual with a strong interest in digital advertising and media operations. The candidate should be eager to learn about the digital media landscape, including Online Video (OLV), Display, Social, etc.
Responsibilities
- Assist in setting up and managing digital media campaigns, including OLV, Display etc
- Coordinate with internal and external teams for campaign execution and reporting
- Support the buyer on management of documents (e.g. IO, MPA, etc.)
- Assist with financial processes, including invoice reconciliation and budget tracking
- Maintain accurate campaign records and actualize media spending
- Closely monitor campaign performance & have timely actions/ call-outs with vendors to
- make sure that the campaign is on track for succeeding results
- Help prepare reports and presentations in PowerPoint and Excel to gain valuable insights &
- recommendations for clients
- Utilize media-related systems and tools to input and track campaign data (e.g. Prisma and
- DDS)
- Collaborate with buyers, vendors, and planners to ensure seamless execution of media
- campaigns
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field (Bachelor’s degree
- preferred)
- 1 year of experience in a media or advertising-related role (internship experience accepted)
- Basic understanding of digital media platforms and trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in media operations
Additional Information
Salary
Transparency matters to us. The salary for this position is $40k per year. Actual compensation within this range will be based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and applicable certifications. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on current market data.
