About the Role
Datatonic is looking for a highly motivated and well-rounded Marketing Executive with a strong grasp of the full marketing mix to support and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving demand and pipeline generation, working closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Product teams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about delivering impactful marketing that directly supports business growth.
What you’ll do
- Develop and execute multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns targeting enterprise audiences.
- Support Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to engage high-value accounts in close alignment with sales.
- Partner with the sales team to build pipeline, influence deal velocity, and provide relevant collateral and tools.
- Track and measure marketing influence on pipeline and revenue; adapt strategy based on performance data.
- Create compelling content including case studies, whitepapers, emails, landing pages, and sales assets.
- Ensure content aligns with brand messaging and supports the buyer journey across all stages.
- Plan and deliver events, webinars, and trade shows to engage and convert prospects.
- Manage and grow strategic partner marketing relationships to extend reach and co-create campaigns.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and key marketing KPIs.
- Use performance insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate marketing’s contribution to revenue.
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years in a B2B marketing role, ideally within enterprise or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix with experience in both digital and offline channels.
- Hands-on experience with ABM, campaign management, and content development.
- Proven track record in working closely with sales teams to build and accelerate pipelines.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with experience in pipeline tracking and ROI reporting.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
