About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day‑to‑day warehouse operations in Calgary. This role is responsible for supervising warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, ensuring safe work practices, client relationship management, client escalations, pricing, invoicing, and supporting efficient distribution operations. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, organized, and has proven leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Supervise daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, packing, cross docking, and shipping.

Lead, train, and coach warehouse team members to meet productivity and safety standards.

Monitor inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.

Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations and company policies.

Coordinate with transportation, procurement, and customer service teams to meet delivery timelines.

Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and equipment readiness.

Prepare operational reports and performance metrics.
-
Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.

Ensure that client invoices are accurately created, updated, and sent to clients monthly

Experience with dealing directly with clients on pricing, problem resolution, and general inquires

Conduct regular safety meetings with the team and ensure that safety procedures are being met
About You
-
High school diploma or equivalent (post‑secondary education in logistics or supply chain is an asset).

Forklift and safety certifications will be required.

Minimum 2–3 years of warehouse experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.

Strong knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management systems.

Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Physically able to perform warehouse duties as required.

About You
