THE TEAM

The mission of the Graphic Design Department is to create unique, cohesive, and aspirational graphic design.

THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Graphic Design team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for translating creative ideas into aspirational and brand-propelling content. As the Senior Graphic Designer/Graphic Designer, Product Packaging, you will develop and execute creative content for product packaging across all marketing channels, including hangtags, trims, labelling, and premium finishing details that elevate product presentation and differentiation. THE ROLE

As the Senior Graphic Designer/ Graphic Designer, Product Packaging, you will:

  • Design packaging to maximize shopability, functionality, navigation, and education
    • Removable Packaging (e.g., hangtags, stock tickets, item packaging, trim cards)
    • Permanent Packaging (e.g., main labels, inner labels, care & coo labels, external labels)
  • Work cross functionally to source the appropriate material for each project that fits with the brand, packaging, and sustainability objectives
  • Drive the outputs of graphic design content including working cross-functionally to accurately communicate requests, set up design files with detailed specifications, and ensure assets are print and production ready for bulk orders

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Senior Graphic Designer/ Graphic Designer, Product Packaging, has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in graphic design with a focus on product packaging and on-garment marketing
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Adobe Illustrator)
  • An understanding of Aritzia’s brand vision and style fundamentals with a focus on trends and cultural influences
  • An understanding and a passion for the industry in which we operate

THE COMPENSATION

At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.

The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 CAD per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
