Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Retail service establishment. On-site customer service. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Order merchandise. Authorize return of merchandise. Establish work schedules. Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 3-4 people. Product or manufacturing design: Car care items. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Excellent oral communication. Team player. Excellent written communication. Ability to multitask. Employment terms options: Shift. Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years. Employment terms options: Night.
