Braemar College is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Student Recruiter to join our Admissions team in Toronto. This is an exciting opportunity to build an international career while representing a Canadian private school across some of Asia's most dynamic education markets. This role includes regular international travel to Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, and China, where you will attend education fairs, visit partner schools, meet with education agents, and promote Braemar College to prospective students and families. About Braemar College Braemar College is a private secondary school located in downtown Toronto. Since 1995, we have helped international students achieve admission to leading colleges and universities in Canada and around the world. Our diverse student community represents over 40 countries, and we pride ourselves on providing personalized support throughout every student's educational journey. What You'll Do Recruit international students from Japan, South Korea, China, and Taiwan. Travel regularly throughout East Asia to represent Braemar College. Attend education fairs, school visits, seminars, and recruitment events. Build and maintain relationships with education agents, schools, counsellors, students, and parents. Deliver presentations both in person and online. Support students through the admissions process, including applications and enrolment. Collaborate with Admissions and Marketing to develop recruitment strategies. Track recruitment activities using CRM software. Research new market opportunities and support regional marketing campaigns. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Education, Business, Communications, International Relations, or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently. A passion for international education and cross-cultural communication. Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally several times per year. Language Requirements Fluent English (written and spoken). Native or professional fluency in at least one of the following languages: Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, Korean, or Cantonese. Fluency in a second East Asian language is considered a strong asset. Assets Preference will be given to candidates who have: Previous customer service, sales, marketing, or recruitment experience. Knowledge of Canadian education or international student recruitment. Experience using CRM systems or digital marketing tools.
