CBI Home Health is looking to hire a Board Certified Behavioural Analyst in Surrey.

**Salary Range:**The salary range for this position is $60,000 — $80,000 per year.

What you will do:

  • Develop, monitor, and supervise a behaviour plan for each client, targeting areas of acquisition and problem behaviour reduction.
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to create client-centered support plans.
  • Conduct functional behaviour assessments and functional analyses as appropriate.
  • Lead team meetings and work collaboratively with caregivers and other professionals.
  • Provide RBTW supervision.
  • Measure behaviour and graph data.
  • Model professional & compassionate care.
  • Coach staff to provide excellent care in line with the Behaviour Support Plan.
  • Evaluate, model, and coach staff in their interactions with clients while engaging in a variety of programming and implementing behaviour support plans.
  • Deliver ongoing training and feedback to RBTW and support staff.

What you will need to be successful:

  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field. Credentialed as a BCBA .
  • At least two years of experience with youth and adults with Dual Diagnosis and severe problem behavior.
  • Experience with using CAL S, AFLS, and/or EFL assessment tools is an asset.
  • Experience with conducting functional analyses and functional behavior assessments.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Positive attitude, organized, and passion for learning.
  • Possess a strong knowledge in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis, the fundamental elements of behavior change, and ethical professional practice.
  • Clear Police Vulnerable Sector Check dated within the last 6 months.
