Endress+Hauser Canada was founded on May 1st, 1990. The company's main office is in Burlington, Ontario and additional offices are in Montreal, Quebec, Calgary & Edmonton, Alberta. Our Channel Partners and Authorized Service Partners provide coverage and support across Canada.
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of customer projects across Canada. Based in any of our Endress+Hauser Canada offices, this role is central to ensuring timely delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the key point of contact for customers during execution, driving scope, schedule, and cost control while maintaining high quality standards. You’ll collaborate across departments—including Sales, Service, Technical Support, and Logistics—to align internal resources and deliver on commitments. Your ability to manage multiple projects, communicate clearly, and navigate complex challenges will make a lasting impact on our customer relationships and project outcomes.

Which tasks will you perform?
- Primary responsibility for project on-time delivery, scope and cost control while maintaining high quality standards
- Drive and oversee the execution of multiple simultaneous projects of varying risk and complexity to ensure that all commitments are met. Must be able to assess critical path activities and independently prioritize next actions
- Fosters customer satisfaction and enhances customer relationships as the main point of contact during the project execution phase
- Provides clear and concise communications to customers, project team members and key stakeholders according to the specific project requirements and expectations including proactive identification of deviations
- Works in a matrix environment together with Sales, Documentation, Service, Technical Support, Accounting, Logistics and production resources to ensure internal alignment and customer satisfaction
- Develops project schedules, ensures that requirements are clearly understood by project team members and third party suppliers, and manages team performance to ensure that it is kept in line with project requirements
- Understands contract terms and conditions requirements and ensures that the Company’s commercial risk is minimized
- Follows standard company project processes to ensure efficient and consistent project delivery and quality
- Supports preparation of solutions project quotations and proposals
- Able to work with team members to resolve technical issues pertaining to instrumentation and solutions
- Identifies technical, contractual, and other project risks and appropriate risk responses in acquisition as well as execution phases of projects
- Follows change management methodology and able to negotiate with customers over scope, cost, and schedule issues
- Understands the key requirements of the Company’s strategic focus industries including materials, product testing, certification, validation, and documentation aspects
- Reports on project initial baseline, performance deviations and final comparison of actual results to baseline, and creates lessons learned for future use
- Supports companywide continuous improvement processes including complaint management, Kaizen, ISO audits and Business Process Management Any other duties as assigned
What do we expect from you?
- Completion of post-secondary Engineering or Technology or equivalent program in instrumentation, process control, electrical, mechanical, chemical, or industrial related fields
- At least 5 years in industrial or process project work experience with 2-3 years project management experience
- Knowledge of scheduling tools MS Project/Planview
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 office and collaboration tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,
- Teams, Groups (SharePoint), OneDrive, OneNote…)
- PMP certification would be an asset
- Engineering licence would be an asset
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management System is an asset
- Salesforce and SAP experience would be an asset Bilingual English/French is required
