REQUIREMENTS 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master | Required | All prerequisites Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams | Required | All requirements Ability to coordinate multiple teams/projects simultaneously | Required | All requirements Understanding of the IT context (not business domain) | Required | All requirements DESIRED Scrum certification (PSM1, CSM, or equivalent) | One certification is sufficient | Adequate alternative coverage ASSET Experience in the insurance or financial services sector | Required | All requirements
WHAT WE DON'T WANT Junior or intermediate Scrum Master (less than 7 years in an explicit Scrum Master role). Purely theoretical profile or Agile coach without hands-on experience coordinating teams. Candidate who has only held the Scrum Master role for one team at a time. Business Analyst or Project Manager who calls themselves Scrum Master without a history of dedicated role experience. Candidate whose experience is mainly in the business field without an IT focus.
