Process Plan Member Update Forms and extend Disability benefits Help clients through the CPP/QPP Application process Follow up with clients for part time earnings Prepare and close LTD files that reach expiry Review and update Power of Attorney/Authorization information Address and EFT changes Investigate returned mail Handle inbound and outbound calls Create an environment that promotes team member accountability and autonomy Represent Sun Life professionally, internally and externally, and work well with partners and clients Identify and suggest opportunities for process improvements What do you need to succeed? Bilingualism (French, English, both oral and written) is required for the frequent interactions with English and French-speaking colleagues or internal partners across Canada and worldwide.
