Duties

• Provide personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate insurance policies
• Negotiate terms and coverage options with clients and insurance providers
• Manage sales administration tasks including documentation, policy processing, and record keeping
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Utilize marketing techniques to promote insurance products and expand the customer base
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes

Requirements

• Proven experience in insurance sales and serv ice, or retail sales environments
• Strong analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable policies
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency in French is preferred
• Demonstrated negotiation skills to close deals effectively
• Customer service orientation with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
• Experience with telemarketing or marketing campaigns is a plus
• Ability to manage sales administration tasks efficiently
• Multilingual capabilities enhance the ability to serve diverse populations effectively
