Position: Sales Development Representative Employment Type : Full Time Permanent Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid) DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions that help simplify complex marketing communications and operations workflow. DCM serves over 2,500 clients including 70 of the 100 largest Canadian corporations and leading government agencies. Our core strength lies in delivering individualized services to our clients that simplify their communications, including customized printing, highly personalized marketing communications, campaign management, digital signage, and digital asset management. From omnichannel marketing campaigns to large-scale print and digital workflows, our goal is to make complex tasks surprisingly simple, allowing our clients to focus on what they do best.
The Role As a Sales Development Representative, you will support the full sales cycle by driving outreach, qualification, and pipeline management activities. This role bridges marketing and sales—ensuring every lead is followed up, every opportunity is tracked, and the sales team is equipped to close efficiently.
You will gain exposure to the full sales cycle across outbound and inbound functions, collaborate with experienced sales and marketing teams, and have access to modern sales technology and data platforms.
This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 3 days onsite in our Toronto office every week.
Key Responsibilities Inbound Lead Management- Qualify inbound demo requests, trial signups, and marketing-generated leads.

Conduct structured discovery to identify needs and assess fit.

Route qualified prospects to the Sales Executive with clear context and next steps. Maintain response SLAs on inbound leads (
Outbound Prospecting
- Research and engage target accounts using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot.
- Execute personalized outreach sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Book meetings and create opportunities aligned with ICP criteria.
- Support the development of outbound campaigns with messaging and data cleanup.
Pipeline Support
- Maintain accurate CRM data for all prospects, opportunities, and activity history.
- Track deal progress, update stages, and ensure complete handoffs to the Sales Executive.
- Assist with proposal preparation, scheduling follow-ups, and coordinating procurement steps.
- Monitor pipeline coverage and report on activity performance metrics.
Skills & Experiences
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development (SaaS preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce or Microsoft).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple priorities.
- Comfortable using automation and prospecting tools.
- Curious, driven, and collaborative.
