Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :
- Effectuer le traitement des paiements (électroniques, chèques etc.) reçus de divers canaux
- Saisir les données de paiement dans les systèmes appropriés
- Vérifier l’exactitude des informations liées aux paiements et aux comptes
- Travailler en collaboration avec d'autres départements pour assurer la bonne application des fonds
- Suivre les procédures internes et les délais établis
- Identifier et signaler toute anomalie ou écart
- Participer à l’amélioration continue des processus
Ce que vous mettrez à profit :
- Expérience en traitement de paiements, perception, comptabilité ou autre domaine connexe
- Aisance avec les systèmes informatiques et les outils (Excel, Classique, Contact Perception)
- Bonne capacité d’analyse et souci du détail
- Rigueur, autonomie et sens des responsabilités
- Capacité à travailler dans un environnement structuré et à respecter les délais
- Esprit d’équipe et bonne communication
- Bilinguisme (français et anglais) – Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
- Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada.
