Cardinal Couriers is looking for motivated individuals to join our team. This position is responsible for loading orders into an assigned company vehicle and following a predetermined route to ensure that all deliveries are made safely and on time. This is a physically demanding, fast-paced environment that requires driving, lifting, lowering, and carrying packages to ensure damage free delivery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Complete pick-ups and deliveries throughout the evening for pre 8am parcel availability deliveries/pick-ups.
• Participate in loading and unloading materials on outgoing trucks by repetitive lifting.
• Complete pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections and operate company equipment safely.
• Daily submission and completion of all required documentation in an accurate manner, to be submitted to Supervisor and/or Operations Manager as soon as possible.
• Provide professional and courteous service to customers and sub trades.
• Compliance with all applicable regulations, company policies, processes and procedures.

Who you are:

• DZ License: 2 years (required)
• Minimum 2-3 years of commercial driving experience
• Clean Ontario driver abstract and CVOR report.
• Valid Ontario Commercial driver’s license in good standing
• Have previous warehouse shipping/receiving experience.
• Perform responsibilities safely, in accordance with company polices.
• Independent and self-starter
• Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills
• Comfortable meeting deadlines
• Comfortable and capable to lift up to 70 lbs.
• You keep an organized and clean environment.

• Night Shift
• 7 PM to 5 AM
