Title : SailPoint IIQ consultant with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)Experience
Location : Toronto, ON
Onsite 2 days a week
Responsibilities
- Experience defining roles suitable for Role-Based Access Control in collaboration with Line of Business.
- Experience with SailPoint IIQ Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) capability.
- Experience working with technology engineering to drive timely delivery of new RBAC feature/functionality in SailPoint IIQ solutions aligned with the IAM strategic roadmap.
- Experience defining role management and segregation of duties business framework and capabilities that align with access management control standards and delivers an improved user experience.
- Interpret internal/external business issues and recommend best practices.
- Experience establishing RBAC and segregation of duties governance metrics and reporting, including KRIs and KPIs.
- Demonstrated experience in the development of business process and the deployment of IT Security controls, IAM solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proactive team player with effective time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to research, analyze and problem-solve issues.
- Understanding and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Identify control solutions that will increase IAM maturity to align with NIST.
- Consult on Regulatory compliance requirements, reporting and questions.

The annual salary for this position is between $120,000 - $135,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
