We are currently looking for a Mixing Operator to join the production team. The selected candidate will actively participate in the weighing, mixing, and processing of raw materials while complying with applicable quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Weigh raw materials and add them to production batches according to established instructions;
• Operate mixing equipment (ribbon or V-blender) in accordance with procedures;
• Ensure that materials, equipment, and tools used meet production requirements;
• Manage raw materials following the First In, First Out (FIFO) principle;
• Identify, seal, and properly store containers of products and raw materials;
• Prepare equipment during startups and production changeovers;
• Monitor manufacturing parameters to detect any anomalies or non-conformities;
• Calculate and explain production yields;
• Maintain equipment, parts, and work areas clean according to established procedures;
• Forward samples to Quality Control when required;
• Accurately complete production documentation;
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations;
• Perform other related duties as needed.

Desired Profile

• High school diploma completed;
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a similar position or in a pharmaceutical or food manufacturing environment;
• Good command of French, both spoken and written;
• Ability to work in a production environment;
• Ability to regularly handle loads of up to 25 kg as part of job duties;
• Ability to perform regular cleaning of equipment and the production area.

Salary: $21.57 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday Status: Temporary, with the possibility of becoming permanent
