The hourly wage rate for this position is $26.00 Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. Job Summary

How you will make an impact:

The Bookings Supervisor leads the booking experience from first inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring every guest interaction is warm, professional, and seamless. This role supports and supervises the Bookings team while partnering closely with operations and catering to deliver well-executed events.

As a Bookings Supervisor you will:

  • Deliver and model exceptional guest service throughout the booking and event lifecycle.
  • Build strong client relationships and confidently guide guests through the booking process.
  • Ensure events are executed smoothly, anticipating needs and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Manage guest and service escalations with a solutions-focused approach.
  • Support continuous service improvement through guest feedback and client surveys.
  • Supervise and support the Bookings team, including hosts and hourly associates.
  • Assist with hiring, training, scheduling, coaching, and day-to-day supervision.
  • Balance workloads to maintain service levels during peak periods.
  • Create, update, and reinforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Ensure team adherence to service standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Oversee all event bookings to ensure accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.
  • Serve as the booking system expert, providing training and guidance to associates.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of venue spaces, capabilities, and limitations.
  • Collaborate with venue operations and catering teams to ensure seamless execution.
  • Participate in weekly operations meetings to review upcoming events and logistics.
  • Monitor catering orders, specifications, and related invoices.
  • Oversee the full booking lifecycle from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate event documentation, including BEOs, proposals, summaries, and invoices.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date event records and tracking lists.
  • Review billing for accuracy and assist with reconciling outstanding charges.

About you:

  • Leadership experience in hospitality, events, or a guest-focused environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable using multiple systems, including Microsoft Office.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
