CONTINUING PERMANENT TECH ED TTOC (1.0FTE)
School District No.43 (Coquitlam) is the third largest school district in BC with approximately 4,400 employees and 32,000 students in 70 schools. We serve the communities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, and the villages of Anmore and Belcarra. Coquitlam School District is accepting applications from candidates for teachers teaching on-call in the area of technology education.
This permanent position is a full-time continuing contract with 1.0 continuing FTE.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Successful applicants will possess the appropriate education, training and or experience
- Bachelor of Education degree
- Training and certification in technology education (woodworking, automotive, power technology, metal, drafting and design)
- Preference given to candidates eligible for certification with the British Columbia Teacher Regulation Branch.

- Practicum reports or teacher evaluations (if available)
- We require two teach administrator references (principal/vice principal or equivalent) and one must be from your current/most recent position. If you are a teacher candidate please include your Student Advisor (SA) and your Faculty Advisor (FA) or equivalent as your references.

The deliberations of employees, and Committees used to screen and consider job applications, shall be kept in strict confidence, and shall not be disclosed to any person except as required by law.
