Position Overview:
The Manager, Business Process Transformation is responsible for, identify transformational opportunities to drive growth, efficiency, and productivity for the company as well as lead the creation, development, and tactical execution of implementation plans.
What you'll Do:

Driving continuous improvement culture within the organization by prioritizing opportunities and execution of a lean transformation strategy and metrics

Lead project teams, developing business case and ROI for growth. Devise project plans to manage projects from inception to control including the development of audit KPIs to ensure process improvement is stable and sustainable.

Aadvocate for Lean process methodologies as a tool to engage the organization to build transformational solutions. Coach, train, partner and provide leadership to the team members through Lean knowledge base, concepts, and tools.

Partner with Businesses to design and support effective and efficient organizations by implementing operational improvements, process enhancements, organizational effectiveness, and technical solutions. Assist with the change management development, communication, and execution plans.

Perform data analytics. Responsible for creating data plan, collecting, and consolidating data, establishing metrics, performing analysis, explaining results, and articulating concise conclusions for Senior Leadership. leverage metrics and analytic tools to craft a compelling message by leveraging various presentation techniques.

Develop and execution of the continuous improvement long range plan inclusive of project selection, resource management and technology innovation. Assist in vetting and prioritizing projects and soliciting innovative strategies for the company.

Identifying best practices within and outside the company and serving as a channel for best practice sharing and adoption across business units

Challenging organizational leaders when necessary to create an action-based culture of continuous improvement and increase CI and Lean-oriented thinking throughout the organization.

Develop and execute a framework and a curriculum for lean education/Training through a structured lean belt program.
Let's Talk about you:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations, or Engineering management.
-
Project Management experience
-
Certification in Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt
-
At least 10 years’ experience in process optimization, operations, or continuous improvement in value chain environment
-
Apparel manufacturing experience preferred
-
Experience in a union environment is an asset
-
Hands on experience applying Lean principles
-
Excellent communication skills
-
Exceptional leadership skills, problem solving abilities.
-
Advanced skills in the use of data management tools to monitor progress toward goals.
-
Strong capabilities in planning, organizing and process control.
-
Must be familiar with computers and business software such as MS Office, Excel, CAD, and ERP
software
