Role Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Concord, ON. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing growth strategies. Key tasks will include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and working closely with cross-functional teams to meet sales goals. The role also involves representing the company at industry events and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of our staffing and outsourcing services.
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills Experience in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition Knowledge of market research, proposal writing, and contract negotiations Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders Familiarity with staffing and recruitment processes Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth Proficiency with CRM tools and business analytics Educational background in Business, Marketing, or related field
