A career as a financing account representative at National Bank is a job where your ability to work in synergy with several partners is highlighted. With your excellent customer relations and your productivity, you take care of all their specific needs.
Your job:
- Open commercial files and assist clients in their various financing transactions (assistance in the preparation of legal documents and credit facility disbursements)
- Perform audits and analyses to ensure the accuracy of financial information
- Establish and maintain effective communications with the various partners involved in the files (such as account manager, disbursement expert and legal advisors).
- Find solutions customized to customer needs.
- Develop a lasting business relationship with customers by offering them distinguished service.
- Participate as part of a team in the continuous improvement of administrative tools and processes.
Your team:
Within the Corporate sector, you are part of a team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. In addition to maintaining a business relationship with customers and having varied tasks, your training is based on learning in action, training and exchanges with the experts in your group.

Prerequisite:
- 3-year college diploma or academic equivalent, related to the sector of activity and 3 years of relevant experience
- Very good knowledge of commercial finance products
- Knowledge of the different types of commercial collaterals
- Ease with commercial legal documents
- Excellent tracking skills
- Customer service experience
- Proficiency in the Office suite, including Word and Excel
- Knowledge of banking services and commercial products
- Demonstrate a good sense of initiative and a good level of autonomy.
Languages:
English, French
Reason to require this language: you will need to serve clients who speak a language other than French regularly.
