We’re currently looking for an Apprentice Automotive Technician to join our high-performing service team at Penticton Ford. If you’re eager to grow, thrive on hands-on challenges, and want to learn from the best, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Assist with diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance in line with OEM standards
- Support multi-point inspections and help identify recommended services
- Disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components with technician oversight
- Keep repair bays organized and tools in top shape
- Work alongside Red Seal Technicians to build skills and increase your scope of work
Performance Essentials
- Registered Apprentice Automotive Technician or intent to enroll
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to learning OEM processes
- Collaborative mindset with a strong work ethic and willingness to ask questions
- Basic familiarity with tools, mechanical systems, or repair processes
- Valid driver’s license with a clear abstract
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
