About the role
Foremost has an immediate opening for a full-time Parts Specialist based in Calgary, Alberta. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer parts requirements for drilling rigs and off-highway vehicles. You’ll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Reporting to the Customer Support Supervisor, this position is ideal for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers.

Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, providing pricing, delivery quotations, and order updates.

Ensure customer satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up.

Collaborate with the Parts Specialist team to share knowledge and maintain high service standards.
-
Expedite customer orders and manage backlogs efficiently.
-
Provide scheduled after-hours parts support as required.

Track and follow up on lost sales opportunities.

Perform additional duties as directed by the Customer Support Supervisor.
Qualifications
-
Minimum 1 year previous parts sales experience is required.

Background in heavy-duty equipment or industrial manufacturing preferred.

Parts Technician certification is considered an asset.

Strong customer service skills with a focus on technical and mechanical understanding.

Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and grow within an organization.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills—both written and verbal.
