This onsite role manages full lifecycle PCL modernization including current state analysis, stakeholder requirements gathering, business requirements documentation, development team coordination, MQ project upgrade, and Micro Focus CM upgrade across 247 business days. - Become familiar with business processes and data associated with existing Pleasure Craft Licensing (PCL) systems, including existing integrations with other SNB applications
- Complete a current state document for the Pleasure Craft Licensing solution
- Interview stakeholders and review previous work to determine and document all stakeholder requirements, including potential enhancements to existing functionality or processes
- Document the Business Requirements for an upgraded PCL system
- Participate in development of roadmap for updating PCL system platform (led by Solution Planning Services team)
- Manage development team work including scheduling project work from PCL roadmap, change requests from business, and operational work
- For the MQ project, lead upgrade in timely manner so system does not become unsupported
- Lead Micro Focus CM upgrade
