What You Will Accomplish With Us As a Business Analyst, you will be at the core of our mission. Here are your main responsibilities:
- Develop, draft, modify, and document business analyses in accordance with business architecture specifications, as well as clarify business needs with clients and partners.
- Document, design, and optimize business processes using the appropriate techniques, and participate in developing business rules following industry standards.
- Work closely with the Business Architect to define delivery strategies and testing approaches.
- Plan, draft, execute, validate, and coordinate acceptance testing, including test cases, results, and client support throughout the entire testing phase.
- Analyze, design, and implement business solutions and controls, particularly in risk management and fraud prevention, including proof‑of‑concepts and prototypes.
- Identify, document, and recommend detailed solutions to meet the sector’s various operational needs.
- Support users during the implementation of new processes and actively contribute to the business analysis community of practice.
- Actively participate in the business analysis community of practice.
What Could Accelerate Your Success In This Role We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for strong analytical rigor and the ability to clarify complex needs.
- Stands out through strong collaboration skills and ease working with multidisciplinary partners.
- Demonstrates solid mastery of business processes and structured analysis methods.
- Is known for technological ease and autonomy in using various tools (Windows, PowerBI, Azure DevOps, Hopex, Oracle ERP Cloud—assets).
- Has a minimum of 3 years of experience, including at least 2 years as a Business Analyst, ideally in finance, accounting, or banking.
- Holds a professional accounting designation (CPA), considered an asset.
- Has an intermediate proficiency in English, as the role requires regular communication with U.S. and Canadian subsidiaries.
- Advanced French proficiency for daily communication with colleagues and partners.
