Maintenance Call Center Agent - Maintenance/Entretien
About the role
Status: Permanent/Full Time - 40hrs/week

Location: Kuujjuaq
The Nunavik Housing Bureau (NHB) provides comfortable, safe, and affordable homes adapted to Inuit needs and culture. Through its programs and services, it contributes to the development of vibrant, sustainable, and safe communities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Respond to service calls for repair requests from 14 communities.
- Create work orders related to requests received.
- Follow up on work orders in collaboration with Foreman and Maintenance Coordinator.
- Close work orders upon completion of repairs.
- In the morning, process service calls received overnight via the call center, generating the appropriate work orders.
- Regularly monitor the e-mail box dedicated to repair requests.
- Attach all relevant documents to work orders (reports, invoices, list of materials used, etc.).
- Transmit work orders to 14 communities by e-mail or in hard copy, as required by foremen.
- Perform any other related tasks linked to the smooth running of the department.
PROFILE:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Inuktitut, both oral and written.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Administrative and follow-up skills.
