Our client, located in Boucherville, is a friendly company, in business since 1975 and in full expansion, working in the field of technological communications and radio frequency systems. Known for the quality of its products and the stability of its work environment, the company is currently looking to add a person to its team who is responsible for production planning and order tracking. This person will play a key role in coordinating activities between departments to ensure smooth operations and meeting deadlines.

Tasks
- Review sales orders to understand their needs, specifications, and priorities.
- Develop and adjust production schedules based on capacity, timelines, and resource availability.
- Prepare production files using the integrated planning system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV), including production orders, technical drawings and required documents.
- Coordinate activities between the production, purchasing, sales and engineering departments.
- Follow up on schedules, document deliveries and communicate confirmations to the teams concerned.
- Participate in daily production meetings and ensure the smooth flow of information.
- Identify emergencies and unforeseen events, propose solutions and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of planning processes and internal procedures.
- Participate in inventory counts and inventory management.
- Perform all other related tasks.

Job requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in production planning, manufacturing coordination or order management.
- High school diploma obtained.
- College diploma or equivalent training in logistics, production or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English (essential for interacting with English-speaking clients).
- Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
- Proficiency in an integrated planning system such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Business Central is an asset.
- Experience in an RF communications company is an asset.
