Job Summary
Reporting to the Manager, E-Commerce GARAGE, the Coordinator, E-Commerce GARAGE supports the day-to-day execution and coordination of website operations and digital content for garageclothing.com and the GARAGE mobile application.
This role is essential to the successful execution of digital initiatives, partnering cross-functionally with Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Product, and other internal teams to ensure all projects are delivered accurately and on time. The Coordinator helps facilitate digital content needs, sample coordination, promotional launches, and merchandising updates while ensuring a seamless and consistent online customer experience.
Main Responsibilities
Support the daily operations of garageclothing.com and the GARAGE mobile application to ensure accurate product launches, promotional updates, and digital content execution; Coordinate digital merchandising needs including homepage updates, landing pages, banners, navigation updates, promotional set-ups, and product visibility in partnership with the E-comm Merchandiser, Specialist, and Marketing teams; Act as a key liaison between Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, Product, and Digital teams to ensure all web-related requirements are clearly communicated and delivered on time; Assist in gathering requirements and be the owner of preparing briefs for digital initiatives and launches, ensuring alignment across departments; Support go-to-market execution by coordinating timelines, assets, sample needs, and cross-functional deliverables; Conduct QA and spot-checks of website content, promotional set-ups, pricing, product details, and digital assets prior to launch to ensure accuracy and adherence to E-commerce best practices; Monitor site performance and flag inconsistencies, errors, or opportunities for improvement to relevant stakeholders; Assist in compiling reports and pulling basic insights from tools such as Google Analytics, merchandising reports, or Sigma dashboards to support business decisions; Support ad hoc digital projects and evolving departmental needs as required.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in Fashion, Digital Marketing, Business Management, E-commerce, or related field; One (1) to two (2) years of related work experience (E-commerce, Merchandising, Digital Marketing, or Retail); Proficiency in Excel; Familiarity with Google Analytics (basic reporting and navigation); Experience with Jira or other project management tools is an asset; Strong organizational and coordination skills; Detail-oriented with strong follow-through; Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Collaborative team player with cross-functional mindset; Business acumen and understanding of retail operations is an asset; Bilingualism (French and English) is required for daily communication with suppliers, employees, and stakeholders, both within and outside of Quebec.
