We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic team player to join our Abbotsford, BC Dealership as a Parts Associate. This is a Full Time, Regular position.
As a Parts Associate, you'll play a key role in various areas of the dealership. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, enjoy staying active, and like the idea of no two days being the same, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Adhere to the company’s Mission, Vision & Values
- Assist retail customers with inquiries and parts orders
- Process retail customer purchases at the point of sale
- Handle shipping and receiving of parts
- Pick and coordinate parts for orders
- Provide accurate parts estimates and coordinate special orders
- Follow up on back orders by liaising with other parts personnel and external sources to determine order status
- Merchandise and stock parts, ensuring proper organization and inventory codes are followed
- Perform other tasks and activities as assigned by the Parts Manager
To be successful in this role you:
- Minimum Grade 12 education
- Strong knowledge of mechanical/electrical parts (considered an asset)
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Availability to work on weekends
- A passion for the outdoors and mechanical aptitude is an asset
**Compensation:**The hourly rate for this position ranges from $19 to $22 per hour, with the maximum rate based on relevant experience in the RV industry.
