Your Impact
As a Lead Data Architect & Developer, you will shape our enterprise data strategy and build scalable, high-quality data models that enable interoperability across systems. This role blends strategy and hands-on development—driving data architecture, governance, and model design while supporting integration, decision-making, and digital transformation. You’ll collaborate with engineering, product, PMs, and business teams to ensure our data ecosystem supports current needs and future growth.
What the Role Offers
- Architect, maintain, and govern conceptual, logical, and physical data models across cross-functional workflows.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, PMs, and business teams to align architecture with business goals and convert pain points into technical requirements.
- Establish and enforce data standards, governance frameworks, taxonomies, and metadata best practices.
- Support integration efforts and design common data sets across platforms to reduce redundancy and improve data quality.
- Create tools/processes that improve productivity across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, and Project Management teams.
- Partner with QA to automate processes and ensure high-quality delivery while following Agile practices.
- Work with globally distributed teams and provide production support when needed.
- Mentor team members and foster a culture of technical excellence.
What You Need to Succeed
- 8+ years in data architecture with strong experience in data modeling, governance, and Java-based development.
- Expertise in relational and NoSQL databases, JSON structures, and industry-standard modeling tools.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to collaborate across geographies.
- Exposure to Python, AI model integration, and EDI (nice-to-have).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
