Job Description

Within the Urban Infrastructure team, as a Team lead:

Your responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers and technicians and implement methods and procedures in accordance with corporate standards;

• Collaborate with other Urban Infrastructure managers to ensure effective project team coordination;

• Maintain client relationships in order to achieve the company’s financial objectives;

• Analyze client requirements in order to prepare competitive service proposals;

• Ensure the quality of services delivered in line with client needs;

• Lead projects from proposal preparation through to project delivery;

• Supervise all municipal infrastructure activities across the sector’s projects;

• Ensure compliance with budgets and schedules for all projects;

• Provide technical guidance to the Infrastructure team regarding standards, codes, methods, and best practices related to plans, drawings, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering;

• Member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) (an asset);

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in municipal infrastructure;

• Experience in the design and supervision of infrastructure construction projects;

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Civil 3D software (an asset);

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.);

• Knowledge of the following software: PCSWMM (an asset);

• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and good team spirit;

• Proficiency in English (French an asset).
