Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Student to support our HR team from January to April 2026. This role is ideal for a student currently enrolled in an HR or Business program who is eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced, professional setting. You will assist with recruitment, onboarding, and administrative tasks, while contributing to meaningful HR projects.

Position Description

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview coordination
  • Support onboarding activities including documentation, orientation planning, and follow-ups
  • Maintain and update employee records and HRIS systems
  • Participate in HR projects such as policy reviews and process improvements
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Suggest improvements to HR processes and contribute to a positive team culture

Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary HR, Business Administration, or related program
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team environment
  • Effective communication skills (both written & verbal)
  • Punctual, reliable, and a team player
  • Must have the ability to speak, write and read English
