About the role

What you will do:

As a Paid Media Coordinator, you'll be a crucial player within our consumer marketing team, working across various business lines including Brand, Digital Commerce, Film, LBE and more to support individual marketing needs. Reporting directly to the Manager of Paid Media, you'll drive impactful media performance.

This is a contract position to August 31, 2026. This position is hybrid (3 days in the office per week). Office location is 1303 Yonge Street, Toronto.

Responsibilities:

Media Campaign Execution

  • Execute in-house digital media campaigns primarily but not limited to Meta ads manager.
  • Support Manager to review media plan strategies and campaigns.

Campaign Analysis and Reporting

  • Assist in the development and organization of supportive data for plans and recommendations to illustrate campaign performance.
  • In addition, you will assist the team in developing and aligning campaign post reports, as well as creating those in support of campaigns executed internally.

Campaign Trafficking and Ad operation

  • Responsible for the setup, QA, and delivery of digital ad campaigns, ensuring accurate trafficking, on-time launches and issue resolution across platforms in collaboration with media, creative, and analytics teams.

Financial Tracking

  • Responsible for updating budgets and budget summaries, processing invoices, manage contracts and reconciling any billing issues with our agency partners.

Audience segment creation and maintenance

  • Create and maintain audience segments for campaigns based on the targeting strategy.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, and communications preferred.
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience on Meta Ads Manager trafficking, optimizing and reporting on campaigns is required. Bonus points for experience with LinkedIn, Snapchat, Google Ads Manager and Adops.
  • Experience inputting and maintain budgets along with reconciling invoices.
  • Experience with media buying particularly with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads Manager and Google ads Manager.
  • Strong experience with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and produce accurate work.
  • Good quantitative skills, including analytical abilities and math proficiency.
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills.
  • You enjoy learning new skills and look forward to new challenges, with a desire to learn and grow.
