Overview: Contributes to continued development and implementation of the Compliance Management Plan, providing quality assurance and field audits on projects.

Responsibilities may include but not limited to: Representing Pembina with regulatory agencies during compliance verification activities, managing the assurance aspects of compliance; Understanding regulations and historical compliance learnings to develop plans for compliance and audit reporting.

Developing, implementing, and continuously improving Pembina&aposs Compliance Management Plan to ensure it meets all regulatory, stakeholder, and internal requirements; Ensuring the Compliance Management Plan is adhered to, documented, and communicated during the construction phase of the projects.

Collaborating with SMEs and department leaders on the development of corrective and preventative actions in response to Regulator inspections during construction; Providing training to department staff, construction teams, and key internal stakeholders to ensure commitments are being effectively dealt with.

Reviewing and signing off on compliance records, such as daily field reports; Identifying, analyzing, and managing compliance risks on projects.

Qualifications: The successful candidate must be legally able to work in the country of the position. Final candidate will be required to undergo Pre-Employment Background Checks including a Criminal Record Check.
